What We Do

  • NetProperty: an actively managed commercial property fund delivering a stable 7%p.a net return with low gearing, long-term tenants, and a focus on undervalued assets for both income and growth.
  • NetCredit: Private debt fund providing risk adjusted secured lending to established NZ businesses with OCR + 7% target returns.
  • NetEquity: Access to rare private equity opportunities, not usually offered to the market.

Investors can build diversified exposure across income, capital growth, and equity via one platform. Income may be distributed regularly or reinvested—portfolio structuring aligned with generational wealth thinking.
